Week-end Sport Updates...GREAT Week-end of results - LIVERPOOL, STORMERS & COBRAS...!

Liverpool ruin Torres's debut

2011-02-06 20:06
Liverpool have ruined Fernando Torres's much-heralded debut for Chelsea when they won at Stamford Bridge.

Apart from a much better looking Liverpool side under management of Kenny Dalglish who managed to beat Chelsea 1-0 at home for the first time in a while, there was some other great Sports results over the past week-end. Almost all the teams the Sports-Man supports came out on top this week-end...!
- The Stormers, who admittedly looked very flat-footed during Saturday's final NEO Tri-Series match against the Sharks, still managed to win the game in the dying moments with two well worked tries. For the biggest part of the game the Sharks looked like the more focused side and they definitely put together a much needed improvement on their performance against the Lions in their first game early during last week. The final score was 17-16 and it meant that the Stormers ended on top of the NEO Tri-Series table to win the 'trophy'.
