Worst season for Liverpool FC?

I am a huge Liverpool fan, mainly because back in the 80's, when I grew up in South Africa's Western Province, all we got to see of English football was the FA Cup Final of each year. Liverpool ended up playing in most of these finals during that decade and I fell in love with players like Ian Rush, Peter Beardsley, Barnes, Bruce Grobbelaar, Graeme Souness, and others...

How Liverpool would love to have some of those players on the field to revive the teams performances in this disappointing 2010/2011 season. Hopefully Kenny Dalglish, himself an ex-Liverpool player and coach of the successful team back then, has all the support from the fans, management and players to get this current team back on track.
